In March 1927, the Nationalist Party (Guomingtang) of China held its 2nd Session of its 3rd Central Committee Meeting in Hankou. Some of the attendees to this meeting are shown in this photo. 1st row from the left: Wu Yu-zhang, Jing Heng-yi, Chen You-ren (Eugene Chen), Song Zi-wen, Madam Soong Ching-ling, Sun Ke, Tan Yan-kai, Xu Xian. A letter from Zhou En-lai to Madam Song Ching-ling briefing her of Jack Chen’s visit to Yanan in 1946.
Jack Chen〔陈伊范〕〔注∶陈伊范，后来在中国的名字为陈依范〕，系陈一文的父亲。

1927 Madam Soong Ching-ling in Moscow (Note: In the 1980s, during a visit to Aunty Yolanda Chen, in her photo album Chen I-wan found this photo which was never published before, and brought a copy back to Beijing and presented it to the Soong Ching Ling Foundation. This photo was included in a photo album “The Glorious and Great Life of Soong Ching-ling” pp49 published by the foundation in 2006.
